My Review: All I can say is Paula Deen knows what she’s doing in the kitchen, because these cookies are amazing! If you have ever watched her show on the Food Network,”Paula’s Home Cooking,” you know her favorite ingredient is butter. These cookies exude butter in aroma and taste, and are very rich and slightly greasy. The texture is perfect with a crisp outer edge and a soft, kind of gooey chewy center. I loved the flavor of these cookies, and was happy to finally try a recipe that called for more than one type of chocolate. With semisweet, milk, and bittersweet chocolate, I thought these cookies would be too chocolaty, but surprisingly, they weren’t. The balance of all the ingredients was perfect. This is now one of my top three favorite chocolate chip cookie recipes! It blows the Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie out of the water. This is a cookie that you would expect to find at a gourmet bakery.
